Strong experience in non-IT hiring for niche skills Making job postings on the Job Portal Responsible for the sourcing and hiring of candidates, which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets. Candidates should possess a sense of urgency, passion, and drive to ensure alignment with their business and ensure their hiring pools are always on track. Willing to make 50-60 calls a day for sourcing (screening, sourcing & scheduling calls and interviews). Must have strong convincing & follow-up with candidates Should be able to work under pressure.Requirements: Should have at least 1 year of experience in team handling. Excellent communication skills are a must. Should have experience in recruiting firms or recruiting consultancies. Should have 3+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment. Any Graduates Team player with good time-management skills.
