Why This Role MattersThis is a strategic leadership role focused on scaling revenue, expanding market coverage, and deepening customer impact across India. You will lead a high-performing sales engine focused on B2B demand generation, Campaign Management, pipeline creation/acceleration, and customer retention—with direct influence over performance, client strategy, and bottom-line outcomes.What You'll DoStrategic & Revenue Leadership- Create , define and execute the demand generation campaigns and inside sales strategy for the respective vertical - Own the P&L and revenue forecast, and drive cost-effective revenue growth - Oversee execution of high-velocity inside sales motions - Continuously optimize lead flow, sales velocity, and conversion rates using actionable insightsClient & Stakeholder Engagement- Lead CXO-level engagements including MBRs and QBRs with enterprise clients - Collaborate with clients on campaign design, performance optimization, and revenue expansion - Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and improve overall customer lifetime valueOperations & Team Leadership- Manage a large-scale inside sales operation with 100+ team members - Create a data-driven, high-accountability culture across sales execution and delivery - Coach Program Managers and Sales Managers to scale performance through metrics, dashboards, and best practices - Partner with internal functions (marketing, delivery, sales ops) to streamline GTM alignmentWho You Are- 20+ years of experience in B2B inside sales/demand generation, preferably in IT / IT Services industry - Strong background in leading large sales teams with proven results in pipeline growth and sales productivity - Excellent stakeholder management with experience in client-facing leadership roles - Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes using data, insights, and operational excellenceWhy Join Us?- Opportunity to lead a strategic, revenue-impacting vertical with full ownership - Direct visibility with executive leadership and top-tier enterprise clients - Be part of a performance-driven, innovation-first sales ecosystem - Influence how inside sales and demand gen are redefined in India’s B2B space
