Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Learn to identify and attract top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and assist with interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in the IT industry and European job market to provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Recruitment Administration: Assist in managing the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and preparing reports.
  • Learning & Development: Participate in training and mentorship programs to develop your skills in recruitment, negotiation, and candidate management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Proactive Attitude: A positive, “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team environment and contribute to collective goals.
  • Interest in IT: Basic understanding of software technologies and a keen interest in the IT industry.
  • Organization Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • European Market Interest: A genuine interest in developing a career in the European recruitment market.
