Our goal is to createstructured, high-trust carethat replaces trial-and-error with clarity, and isolation with real human support — guided by professionals, not just algorithms. Made in India, built for the world.THE ROLE AsEntrepreneur in Residence (EIR) – Client Outcomes & Care , you’ll own both sides of our client journey: First Connections– guiding new leads toward therapy Ongoing Care– helping existing clients get the most out of their care plan This is a high-trust, high-output role. You’ll personally serve every new client, track their journey, solve problems, follow up, andmake sure people actually feel better . You’ll work directly with our founder (an IIM alumnus), shape our care model, and eventually build and lead a team of Care Specialists.WHAT YOU'LL DO Respond to all new leads on WhatsApp, Instagram, and DMs Conduct short Clarity Calls to understand needs and guide clients to the right plan Share intake forms, match clients with therapists, and convert interest to action Coordinate across therapists, yoga/mindfulness/sleep coaches, and nutritionists Schedule sessions, send reminders, and check in with ongoing clients Track client journeys and proactively solve for drop-offs or friction Maintain simple, well-structured trackers and insights Build and lead the care team once you’ve proven what worksWHO YOU ARE You’rehungry, grounded, and outcome-obsessed You take ownership — of clients, communication, and follow-through You’re highly organized — trackers, follow-ups, and clarity calm your mind You care deeply — about peopleandperformance You don’t cut corners — you do things properly or not at all You reflect on every interaction, grow fast, and move faster You’re excited to work 1:1 with the founder and build something from zeroWANT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT SETS US APART?
