The Entrepreneur-In-Residence will be responsible for leading and managing a specific business unit or startup within AugRay. Their day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing business strategies, managing resources and budgets, identifying market opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth and profitability.Qualifications- Experience as an entrepreneur or in a leadership role within a startup with less than five years of experience. - Strong business acumen and strategic thinking - Excellent leadership and management skills - Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability - Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or related field - Experience in the AI and XR (AR/MR and VR) industry is a plus - Experience in Manufacturing a plusWork Location- Chennai, IndiaESOPs with attractive compensation.
