Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust and scalable Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements.

- Customize and configure Dynamics CRM entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and dashboards.

- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using .NET, C#, and JavaScript.

- Implement and maintain complex data models and database schemas.

- Design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems using APIs and enterprise integration patterns.

- Lead the implementation of multiple Dynamics CRM projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and stability of CRM solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Manage and maintain development environments and deployment processes.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, updates, and best practices.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance CRM capabilities.

- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Dynamics CRM.

- Contribute to CRM product roadmap and design.

- Design and develop custom API integrations.

- Utilize and understand Enterprise Integration Patterns.

- Experience with various enterprise integration tools.

Required Skills & Experience :

Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in information technology, with a significant focus on CRM solutions.

- Proven experience in implementing multiple successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.

- Extensive experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred), including configuration, customization, and extension.

- Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL, and JavaScript.

- In-depth knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP) and API development.

- Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and tools.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Experience with cloud based Dynamics 365 implementations.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Ability to work in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications.

- Experience with Azure DevOps.

- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
