Role Overview-:We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Marketing Manager (M1) to lead our global marketing initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will own marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance analytics while collaborating closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to enhance brand presence, lead generation, and client retention.Key Responsibilities-:- Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and business verticals. - Drive demand generation through multichannel campaigns including digital, content, email, and social media. - Implement and manage MarTech tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, ZoomInfo, ensuring CRM data accuracy. - Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance; measure ROI, lead conversion, and funnel efficiency. - Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support go-to-market plans and account-based marketing. - Mentor and manage marketing associates and ensure alignment across regions and functions. - Strengthen the organization’s brand visibility through targeted messaging, events, and digital presence.Key Skills & Qualifications-:- Proven experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing (7+ years). - Hands-on expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo). - Strong understanding of marketing funnels, data-driven decision-making, and campaign ROI tracking. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills. - Exposure to MarTech, SaaS, consulting, or analytics industry is preferred.Why Join Us-:- Opportunity to lead data-driven global marketing initiatives. - Collaborative work culture with exposure to senior leadership. - Competitive compensation with performance-based growth opportunities.
