As the qualified Commercial Finance professional, you will be responsible for a number of activities including leading the month end process, providing analysis to support the management accounts, as well as supporting sales and marketing with commercial activities.


Roles & Responsibilities:


To ensure process management:

  1. Preparing Weekly and monthly MIS of Debtors .
  2. Preparing weekly commercial tracker which includes debtor ageing , Balance confirmation status, Pending claim status etc.
  3. Monthly Toll Vendors reconciliation and stock statement confirmation.
  4. Preparing data of low shelf life stock for review.
  5. Block inventory review lying at CFA’s
  6. All debit notes of Toll Vendors must be booked on time.
  7. CFA audit report review with manager .
  8. Assisting auditor for smooth closure of Internal/Statutory Audit.
  9. Work on F&F of customers.
  10. Inventory write off in SAP as per approved DOA.
  11. Primary and Secondary freight provision working checking with SAP data and SCM freight tracker.
  12. Ensuring adherence to SOPs.


To ensure network management:

  1. Effective networking with internal stakeholders and business partners.
  2. Ensuring service levels are met.
  3. Creating and implementing changes to work assignments, methods and procedures to deliver operational results.


Knowledge:

  1. Strong skills on Debtor management.
  2. Good knowledge of Accounts receivable process.
  3. Good knowledge of SCM Finance
