Purpose of the Role:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze processes, propose solutions, develop functional specifications, configure software, and manage implementation, ensuring proper integration and validation through testing and user acceptance.
  2. Provide training, create documentation, support post-implementation, manage project timelines and resources, communicate status and risks, and stay updated on industry trends to propose enhancements and optimizations.


Responsibility & Accountability:


  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
  2. Analyse existing business processes and workflows.
  3. Identify areas for improvement and propose efficient solutions
  4. Develop functional specifications and design documents.
  5. Configure software to meet business requirements.
  6. Manage the implementation of software solutions, including system configuration and data migration.
  7. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper integration of systems.
  8. Develop test plans and test cases.
  9. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure issues are resolved.
  10. Validate that the software meets the specified requirements.
  11. Provide training to end-users and support teams.
  12. Create user manuals, training materials, and documentation.
  13. Support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
  14. Plan and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  15. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  16. Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
  17. Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and best practices.

Propose enhancements and optimizations to existing systems.


Qualifications


  • MBA HR with 15+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
