What We Are Looking For :

We are seeking a Microsoft Full Stack Developer to join our Global IT Development Team at our Global Capability
Centre in Bangalore.

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level web and desktop applications for Ceres operations across the United States, Caribbean, Pacific, and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will work on both front-end and back-end development, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Success in this role will mean delivering robust, user-friendly applications that support mission-critical operational workflows and enhance business efficiency.

What You Will Do :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies, including .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server.

- Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).

- Implement secure, high-performance back-end services, APIs, and database solutions.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and compliance with industry best practices and internal development standards.

- Conduct comprehensive testing, debugging, and performance optimization to deliver stable applications.

- Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Support application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance for on-premises and cloud environments (Azure).

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.

- Document system designs, technical specifications, and user guides to support knowledge sharing.

- Assist in evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies to enhance software development efficiency.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in full-stack development using Microsoft technologies.

- Strong experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, and Azure.

- Proficiency in front-end development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, database design, and software development lifecycle.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration with third-party systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud-native applications and Azure DevOps pipelines.

- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.

- Knowledge of GIS, disaster recovery, or field operations software is a plus.

- Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
