Founded byIIT-Delhi alumniwith deep SaaS and growth expertise, we’re a fast-growing, investor-backed startup building acategory-defining platformin conversational commerce.About the role We’re looking for aCustomer Onboarding Specialistto ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for every new QuickReply.ai customer. You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through setup, conducting product demos, assisting with integrations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a world-class onboarding experience — all from our Gurugram office.Key responsibilities Act as theprimary point of contactfor new customers during onboarding. Conductproduct demos and walkthroughs , showcasing platform features and benefits. Assist customers withWhatsApp API setupand technical integrations. Collaborate closely withsales and implementation teamsfor smooth handovers. Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure successful onboarding completion. Gather customer feedback and share insights with theproduct teamfor improvements. Ensure customers achieve value quickly and are set up for long-term success.Skills and requirements 0–2 yearsof experience incustomer onboarding, implementation, or technical support(SaaS preferred). Strongcommunication, problem-solving, and customer-handlingskills. Basic understanding oftechnical integrations, APIs, or platform setups . Proficiency inMS Office and CRM tools . Highly organized, customer-centric, and comfortable workingon-site in Gurugram .
