Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Google Workspace Administrator to join our team and manage our Google Workspace environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Workspace applications and services, along with strong technical skills to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage user accounts, groups, and access permissions within Google Workspace.
- Configure and customize Google Workspace settings to align with organizational requirements.
- Monitor and maintain system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance.
- Implement security best practices to safeguard data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Administer Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and other collaboration tools to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration.
- Integrate Google Workspace with other systems and applications to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Provide training and support to users, conduct workshops, and develop documentation.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in administering Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace applications and services.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Workspace certification (e.g., Google Certified Administrator).
- Experience with cloud identity and access management solutions.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management practices.
- Understanding of enterprise collaboration tools and platforms.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and administration.
