Description: We are looking for a strong HR COE Lead who can design, build, and institutionalize strategic HR initiatives that help us scale. This role will anchor Org Design, Performance Management, Talent Systems, Culture programs, and HR frameworks end-to-end. You will work closely with leadership teams to strengthen our HR backbone and ensure people practices are consistent, robust, and future-ready.Key Responsibilities:1. Organization Design & Workforce Planning:- Partner with leadership to refine org structures aligned with business priorities.- Build role charters, capability maps, and workforce plans for current and future needs.- Conduct spans-layers analysis, productivity benchmarking, and org health diagnostics.2. Performance Management & Goal Setting:- Drive the OKR-based performance management cycle end-to-end.- Refine goal-setting frameworks, cascading methods, and review rhythms.- Strengthen manager capability on performance coaching, feedback, and calibration.- Support talent differentiation through 9-box and potential assessment frameworks.3. Talent & Culture Initiatives:- Anchor culture-building programs aligned with Mosaic values and leadership expectations.- Build scalable learning journeys for managers and functional teams.- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential identification.- Define leadership principles, behavioural competencies, and culture rituals.4. HR Systems, Processes & Analytics:- Build and own HR COE playbooks, policies, and SOPs.- Drive adoption of HR systems (HRMS, OKR tools, Learning platforms).- Build dashboards, scorecards, and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.5. Strategic HR Projects:- Lead cross-functional HR projects like capability building, DEI initiatives, career pathways, and change management programs.- Partner with HRBPs to ensure seamless execution and governance of COE initiatives.- Benchmark best-in-class people practices and institutionalize HR excellence.What Were Looking For:- 5-7 years of experience in HR COE, Talent Management, OD, or HR Projects.- Strong grounding in HR frameworks (performance, talent, competencies, organizational design).- Ability to create structure from scratch, think first-principles, and build scalable systems.- High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and strong execution orientation.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Education: MBA from Tier I institutes (ref:iimjobs.com)
