Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of efficient and effective HR services across our organization.This role combines operational excellence in HR administration and payroll with strategic leadership in people data, analytics, and process transformation.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end management of HR administration and payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.This includes designing, implementing, and continuously improving HR service delivery processes, focusing on simplification, standardization, and automation.Serving as the primary point of escalation for complex employee and manager inquiries is also a key responsibility of this role.We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of excellence and achievement, with at least 7-10 years of experience in a global setup.Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.Strong interest and good knowledge and experience in analytics.Candidate should have capacity to understand internal clients' needs and identify how people data will address these needs.Good project skills. Interest in defining, structuring and enhancing data.
