We are hiring for leadingNBFCClient based in Ernakulam.Job Role: As a Senior Branch Executive (Sales Development Manager), you will be primarily responsible for managing and developing the Gold Loan portfolio of the branch. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting overall branch growth.Key Responsibilities: -Drive and manage gold loan business operations at the branch. -Develop strategies to increase gold loan customers and maintain healthy portfolio quality. -Ensure smooth customer service, loan processing, and documentation. -Supervise and guide the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. -Handle customer queries, loan renewals, and settlement processes effectively. -Conduct local marketing and promotional activities to enhance business reach. -Ensure compliance with all company policies and RBI regulations related to gold loans. -Maintain proper records, reports, and follow-ups with existing customers.Candidate Requirements: -Minimum 1+ year of experience in the Gold Loan sector (NBFC/Banking preferred). -Strong communication and customer handling skills. -Basic computer knowledge and sales aptitude. -Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory for field visits. -Goal-oriented and capable of achieving business targets.
