Job Purpose
Lead the sales activities of a region to ensure set targets are achieved with an objective to grow business
Role and Responsibility:
- Build and maintain good working relationship with current and potential clients in order to create an atmosphere that fosters sales.
- Engage and train Brands across hierarchy to implement payment solutions across the merchant base.
- Acquire, engage and train merchants on payment solutions.
- Meet the set goals and sales targets
- Conduct analysis / survey of sales territory to plan required interventions to improve efficiency.
- Interact with internal teams with a view to provide inputs to operations and supporting them through the process of target realization.
- Develop and implement standards for productivity, customer-service and quality of service.
- Monitor the performance of sales employees and provide the necessary guidance to improve efficiency.
- Present periodic reports to management on sales operations
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA with a good academic record
Skills and experience:
- At least 2 - 5 year of field sales experience of Merchant acquiring / Banking industry or field sales Experience
- Hands on experience with merchant acquiring, engagement & payment solutions
