We are seeking a Contracts Administrator who shares our passion for innovation, trusted partnerships, bold decisions, and customer success. The successful candidate will be part of our dynamic team of experts.

Job Responsibilities

The selected individual will be responsible for managing the contract lifecycle, from initial generation to completion, including risk identification, term negotiation, and ongoing compliance verification. They will collaborate with various departments to gather input, align contract terms with business strategies, and maintain internal standards.

  • Support corporate legal department operations on a daily basis
  • Utilize legal tools to generate and review contracts
  • Maintain database and centralized storage of contracts, track renewals, and expirations
  • Coordinate and improve legal workflows, especially in collaboration with other departments such as accounting and sales
  • Organize and maintain documents in electronic filing systems
  • Assist in meetings, projects, and other duties with the legal department as needed
  • Conduct basic research and summarize findings on requested topics
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree; relevant certifications (paralegal certificate)
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a paralegal or related work experience
  • Understanding of contract lifecycle, preferably with sales organizations
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with contracts/legal principles
  • Knowledge of CLM/CRM tools such as Salesforce and legal AI tools
  • Able to work second shift hours
