Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Management & Compliance professional to oversee and ensure compliance with labor-related factory regulations and contractor
compliance in accordance with the prevailing laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing labor compliances, contractor agreements, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. This position reports to the Compliance Administration Lead and includes responsibilities for managing the department budget, cost management, generating data analytics and insights, providing advisory support to the Labor Relations team, and liaising with government and local bodies.
