- Development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaign across Channel Business.
- Drive unified brand identity across all customer-facing events and activities.
- Roll out multi-channel digital campaigns across focus segments .
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and insights for optimization.
- Drive market research to communicate and support to sale team about.
- High-potential segments.
- Untapped geographies.
- Underserved customer need.
- Plan and manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Integrate insights from VOCs and regional performance into communication.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for all marketing activities.
Job Specifications:.
Essential Qualification : Degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience of Engineering Goods/Services Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in onground and digital marketing.
Critical Competencies of Job:
- Hands on experience in running digital campaigns with performance optimization in B2B.
- Creative thinking with an eye for design and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools (e. , Canva, Photoshop) and AI is an advantage.
