Job Specifications:. Essential Qualification : Degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.- Prior experience of Engineering Goods/Services Marketing will be an added advantage.- Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in onground and digital marketing. Critical Competencies of Job:- Hands on experience in running digital campaigns with performance optimization in B2B.- Creative thinking with an eye for design and attention to detail.- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools (e. , Canva, Photoshop) and AI is an advantage.
