Role & Responsibilities

  • Job posting on relevant portals/ social media
  • Sourcing and screening of relevant CVs in line with Job Description through different channels/portals.
  • Follow up with the hiring managers for detailed feedback
  • Interview co-ordination with all concerned stakeholders
  • Engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Creating the databank of frequently recruited positions
  • Managing and maintaining the tracker to understand the adherence / deviation of recruitment SLAs
  • Dashboards to relevant business stakeholders

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Essential Qualification : Any graduate + MBA HR
  • Experience : 4 to 6 Years
