Job Description: Business Coach cum Sales Professional ( Remote & Part Time - 6-8 Hours a day) (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE CURRENLTY IN A FULL TIME JOB)Type: Part-Time We are looking for a dynamic Business coach and Sales professional on a part time contract basis. The candidate must possess strong one-on-one selling skills. If you have a proven track record in selling high-ticket products or services only then you are eligible to apply for this position.This role will require a minimum of 6-8 hours of engagement per day, 6 days a week, which includes conducting one-on-one business coaching & various sales activities to achieve your KPIs.Key ResponsibilitiesOne-on-One Business Coaching:Provide tailored coaching sessions to business owners to build robust systems across key business functions, including marketing, sales, operations, and business finance.   2. Upsell Allied Services:      Assess clients' business challenges and Upsell Marketing and  HR services to ensure growth.   3. Client Upgrades / Renewals:Act as a program Guide during our 3-day Masterclass events, ensuring seamless execution and participant engagement.Close high-ticket sales for our advanced coaching programs through consultative selling techniques.Continuously work towards building a relationship to ensure that all clients go for renewals & even provide referrals.   4.Pre-Sales Nurturing:Engage with clients who have enrolled for the Masterclass, understanding their businesses and primary challenges.Drive attendance and engagement in pre-Masterclass sessions to so as to eventually ensure 100% attendance in main event.Skills and Experience RequiredSales Expertise:Proven track record in selling high-ticket products or services, preferably through consultative selling approaches.Strong one-on-one sales skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.Coaching or Training Experience (Preferred):Experience in delivering coaching or training sessions to business owners is an added advantage.Understanding of MSME business challenges across various industries.Relationship Management:Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.Ability to manage nurturing campaigns and drive client engagement effectively.Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with MSME businesses and industries such as manufacturing, services, retail, and more.Additional Skills:Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.About Us:Dr Ameet Parekh , Business Coaching is a leading organization focused on empowering MSME businesses across various industries, including manufacturing, services, retail, trading, distribution, wholesale, and self-employed professionals like doctors and CAs. Our mission is to help business owners achieve exponential growth through effective coaching and advanced business strategies.What We OfferOpportunity to work as a business coach with leading MSME businesses and professionals across various industries.Competitive Fee Based Remuneration with performance-based incentives.Professional growth through exposure to high-impact coaching programs and advanced business strategies.A collaborative and supportive team environment.If you are passionate about helping businesses grow, have a knack for selling, and enjoy working closely with business owners to solve real-world challenges, we’d love to hear from you
