Position Summary

As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies to exceed targets. You will be responsible for managing a sales pipeline, building strong client relationships, and delivering compelling product demonstrations. This role involves crafting tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is results-driven with strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, able to adapt to the fast-paced SaaS industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at not just meeting, but exceeding sales targets. Utilize market analysis to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Build and Maintain Sales Pipeline: Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture leads to create a robust sales pipeline. Engage potential clients through various channels and maintain consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.

Foster Customer Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients by gaining a deep understanding of their unique business needs and challenges. Act as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their goals.

Deliver Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations that effectively showcase the value of our SaaS solutions. Tailor presentations to highlight features that resonate with specific client needs.

Craft Compelling Presentations and Proposals: Develop persuasive sales presentations and proposals that directly address customer pain points. Align our solutions with their objectives to demonstrate how we can drive their success.

Negotiate Contracts: Effectively negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other key details to secure deals. Ensure all agreements are beneficial for both the client and the company.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Share insights from client interactions to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Maintain Sales Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools. Generate regular reports and forecasts to track progress against targets and inform management of trends and insights.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; an MBA or equivalent is preferred to provide a strong foundation in business principles.

Proven track record in sales and strategic partnership management, demonstrating an ability to drive results in a competitive market.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential. The candidate should be able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and market conditions, enabling effective strategy adjustments.

A passion for exceeding targets and a proactive approach to sales. The candidate should demonstrate a strong motivation to achieve and surpass goals.

Flexibility and resilience in navigating a fast-paced, evolving industry, with the ability to adapt strategies as market dynamics change.
