Corporate Partnerships Manager

Position Summary:
- The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in securing and managing long-term partnerships with foundations, corporations, and government entities.
- This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing a comprehensive partnership and donor/client servicing strategy to support company's mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership and donor/client servicing strategy:
- Conduct research and identify potential partners aligned with company's mission and goals.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to foster long-term collaboration.
- Create and implement strategies to increase donor retention and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with foundations, corporations, and government entities:
- Represent co.s at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Negotiate and secure partnership agreements that meet co.s needs and priorities.
- Create compelling proposals, letters of inquiry, grant applications, and reports:
- Develop compelling proposals, letters of inquiry, and grant applications that effectively communicate company's mission, impact, and partnership opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on partnership activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure transparency in meticulous budget management:
- Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage partnership budgets.
- Ensure accurate and timely tracking and reporting of partnership funds.
- Maintain transparency and accountability in all financial matters related to Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Nonprofit Management).
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
- 6-12 years of experience in corporate partnerships and fundraising.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale CSR projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for co.s mission and a commitment to making a positive impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a nonprofit organization.
- Knowledge of grant writing and proposal development.
- Experience managing donor databases and CRM systems.
Additional Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with fundraising software and tools.
