The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a positive company culture, fostering employee growth, and ensuring that our HR processes support the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:


• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.


• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and industry best practices.


• Lead the recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of talented professionals across various functions.


• Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management on HR-related matters, offering solutions to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.


• Oversee employee benefits and compensation, ensuring competitiveness in the market.


• Promote a positive company culture by organizing team-building activities, employee wellness programs, and recognition schemes.


• Maintain HR records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with local labor laws.


• Monitor and manage employee performance reviews and development programs.


• Implement training and development programs to support the growth of employees and the company.


• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory HR requirements.

Qualifications:


• Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally in a technology-driven company.


• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.


• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle sensitive information with discretion.


• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations.


• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
