- As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for a leading manufacturer of plywood and furniture products.

- You will lead and manage a team of sales professionals, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the

assigned region.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the retailer and wholesaler base and increase market penetration.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Provide sales training, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance their performance and productivity.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to management, outlining sales performance and growth opportunities.

- Travel within the assigned area to meet with customers, attend industry events, and conduct sales meetings as needed.

Requirements :

- Degree with a proven track record of success in sales management in B2B, Channel Sales, and Distribution Networking.

- Strong experience in the plywood domain or allied industries (FMCG, FMCD) is highly preferred.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

- Proficiency in the regional language is essential.
