Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Monitor, track and present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the management
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, tactics, and action plans against the revenue projections
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and lead generation for different segments
  • Negotiating and closing deals 
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to make informed sales decisions 
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development to the management
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team      
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and company strategies 


Requirements of a successful candidate

  • Master’s in business administration or marketing or related qualification
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Require travelling extensively and work independently
