Business Development Executive

Job Overview
At Savvy Search, we seek a highly skilled Business Development Executive to spearhead the promotion of our Powerol brand. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in channel sales, preferably related to power tools, electrical components, or HVAC. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Mahindra teams and dealers, driving sales through dealer engagement, generating and converting inquiries, and preparing monthly business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Mahindra teams and dealers to promote the Powerol brand.
- Drive sales in a designated territory through dealer engagement and support.
- Generate and convert inquiries while preparing monthly business plans.
- Identify customer needs and design promotional campaigns.
- Train dealer staff and ensure adherence to sales standards.
- Conduct competitor analysis and manage dealer stock levels.
- Liaise with retail finance companies and service dealers for enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Generate monthly MIS reports on sales and inquiries.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA.
- 36 years of experience in channel sales (related to power tools electrical components HVAC etc.).
- Proven sales track record and market knowledge.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
