If you’re data-driven, fluent in English, detail-oriented, and have a strong professional presence, we’d love to meet you.Role OverviewAs a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll manage paid media and SEO campaigns for our North American clients, ensuring strong performance, accurate tracking, and actionable insights. You’ll collaborate closely with content, design, and account management teams — taking ownership of strategy, execution, and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimizeGoogle Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)andMeta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)campaigns. Set up and managepixels, tags, and conversion trackingusingGA4, GTM, and Meta Events Manager. Conductkeyword research , manageon-page and off-page SEO , and coordinate with content teams for optimization. Analyze and report campaign performance metrics such asROAS, CTR, CPL, and CPA ; propose data-driven improvements. ManageLinkedIn Ads and other paid channelsas needed for B2B clients. Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure consistent campaign messaging and creative quality. Present campaign insights inclient meetings , maintaining clear and confident communication. Stay updated onlatest platform updates, tracking technologies, and digital marketing trends.✅Required Qualifications3–6 yearsof experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred). Proven expertise inMeta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and GA4 analytics. Strong technical understanding ofpixels, tags, conversion events, and attribution models. Excellent English communication — verbal and written. Confident and professional personality, capable of handlingclient-facing video calls. Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data into strategy. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inMarketing, Advertising, or Business— preference for candidates from reputed universities or top institutions.Bonus SkillsFamiliarity withShopify, WordPress, or ClickFunnels. Certification inGoogle AdsorMeta Blueprint. Knowledge ofemail marketingandlead nurturing workflows.
