The ideal candidate should have at least3 years of hands-on experiencein managing ad campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable ROI.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns acrossGoogle AdsandFacebook/Instagram Ads. Conductkeyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting. Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing for better CTR & conversions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) usingGoogle Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools. Manage campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI within allocated spend. Implementremarketing, lookalike audiences, and advanced targeting strategies. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights. Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and best practices in paid advertising.Requirements:3+ years of hands-on experience inGoogle Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)andMeta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Strong understanding ofperformance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition. Experience with tools likeGoogle Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager. Knowledge ofSEO basics, landing page optimization, and funnel trackingis a plus.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Preferred). Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications (Preferred). .
