The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing ad campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable ROI.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads. - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting. - Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing for better CTR & conversions. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools. - Manage campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI within allocated spend. - Implement remarketing, lookalike audiences, and advanced targeting strategies. - Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights. - Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and best practices in paid advertising.Requirements:- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). - Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition. - Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager. - Knowledge of SEO basics, landing page optimization, and funnel tracking is a plus.Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Preferred). - Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications (Preferred)..
