Join our agile, fast-growing team where your talent drives real impact.Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads while also managing social media accounts to build strong brand presence and engagement. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can independently handle end-to-end campaign execution, optimize for performance, and deliver measurable business results.You will play a critical role in driving leads, conversions, ROI, and brand visibility for both our company and diverse clientele by leveraging innovative targeting strategies, creative ad execution, and advanced optimization techniques.Responsibilities:- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads. - Manage and grow company and client social media accounts across multiple platforms. - Define targeting strategies including demographics, interests, geographies, remarketing, and lookalike audiences. - Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, sales, and engagement. - Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies. - Monitor, analyze, and improve key performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and CPM. - Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-performing ad creatives and engaging social content. - Generate detailed campaign and social media performance reports with insights and recommendations. - Stay updated on platform policies, trends, algorithms, and new ad formats. - Ensure budget efficiency and maximize ROI across campaigns.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 2–4 years of proven experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads, along with social media account management. - Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, bidding models, and attribution. - Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and UTM tracking. - Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. - Experience in social media growth strategies, content planning, and engagement tactics. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and ability to work independently.Employee Benefits & Perks:- Flexible Scheduling: Balance your work around life’s commitments. - Paid Time Off: Recharge and relax with our paid leave policy. - Paid Sick Leaves: Your health comes first; recover with our paid sick leave policy. - Remote Work Opportunities: Enjoy flexibility in your work environment. - Performance Bonuses: We value and reward outstanding contributions.We appreciate your interest in this opportunity and look forward to hearing from you.
