Role : Senior Product Leader Supply & Auction Platforms

Reporting to : CPTO & Co-founder

This role demands a highly strategic and execution-driven product leader who can own product vision, architecture, and execution while driving measurable business impact. The individual will define key product metrics, build and iterate on roadmaps, and lead high-performance product teams. A significant focus of this role involves scaling supply-side systems and auction charters, requiring deep product ownership, technical understanding, and seamless collaboration with engineering, design, and business Responsibilities : Vision & Strategy :

- Define and own the end-to-end product strategy, focusing on supply optimization, auction efficiency, and monetization outcomes.

- Establish and track north-star metrics (e.g., liquidity, fill rate, bid efficiency, latency, and revenue per auction).

- Craft and maintain a multi-quarter product roadmap, balancing strategic goals, market opportunities, and technical Development & Execution :

- Translate business requirements into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical considerations.

- Collaborate with engineering to evaluate system architecture tradeoffs, API dependencies, scalability challenges, and latency impacts.

- Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews, turning insights into actionable roadmap initiatives.

- Drive feature prioritization and backlog grooming using frameworks like & Analytics :

- Partner with data engineering teams to design and monitor real-time dashboards for KPIs (auction outcomes, bid density, supply utilization).

- Define A/B testing strategies, ensuring statistically significant insights drive product decisions.

- Analyze post-release performance data, run root cause analyses, and implement course & Stakeholder Management :

- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Product Managers, instilling best practices in product discovery, delivery, and measurement.

- Act as the primary liaison between CPTO, business leaders, and engineering, ensuring tight alignment on objectives and deliverables.

- Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and release impacts to C-level stakeholders and cross-functional : : 712 years in product management, with direct experience in supply systems, auction platforms, ad-tech, or marketplace Acumen :

- Strong grasp of auction mechanisms (first-price, second-price, programmatic auctions, dynamic bidding models).

- Familiarity with microservices, APIs, latency optimization, and scalable distributed systems.

- Understanding of data pipelines, event-driven architectures, and real-time analytics Leadership :

- Proven success in owning P&L-impacting metrics and delivering high-ROI products.

- Track record of leading PM teams across multiple product lines.

- Skilled in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and release Skills : Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
