You will play a hands-on role in engaging existing HNIs, driving renewals, identifying new prospects, and ensuring every donor has a meaningful experience through timely communication and impact reporting. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building relationships, is detail-oriented, and thrives at the intersection of sales and operational management.Key Responsibilities: Referrals:Identify and engage potential donors through referrals from existing HNIs and partners. Lead Generation:Independently source and penetrate new high-value networks and partnerships (e.g., YPO, EO, industry associations), with full ownership of lead generation and pipeline building. Prospecting & Outreach:Build curated lists of prospective HNIs and conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to secure new donations. Donor Renewals:Track donor cycles, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure timely renewals of existing contributors. Donor Experience Management:Coordinate personalized communication, impact reports, and feedback collection to enhance donor satisfaction and retention. Collaboration & Reporting:Work closely with the Head of Sales to maintain CRM records, analyze donor trends, and prepare concise updates for leadership.Profile: 1–2 years of experience in sales, fundraising, partnerships, or client relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in reaching out to senior professionals and HNIs. Highly organized and detail-driven, with strong follow-through. Comfort with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and presentation decks.
