We are #hiring for a leading NGOKey ResponsibilitiesPlanningDevelop detailed fundraising plans with targets and timelines for both new and existing donors. Conduct research to build and maintain a database of potential corporate, including analysis of companies’ CSR initiatives, net profits, and philanthropic priorities. Plan and implement corporate and institutional fundraising expansion in multiple cities across South India. Identify potential donors and create engagement plans for Bihar and Eastern UP.ImplementationDevelop presentations, proposals, and customized collaterals for prospective partners/donors. Build and nurture relationships with corporates, charitable trusts, and family offices to raise donations and grants. Negotiate and manage financials, timelines, and donations with donors. Ensure all fundraising targets are achieved, and proper documentation, applications, and receipts are maintained as per MoUs. Generate funds through corporate events, payroll giving, workplace initiatives, and cause-related marketing partnerships.Relationship ManagementMaintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing donors to increase contributions. Identify events, conferences, and public forums to enhance organisation's visibility among potential donors. Coordinate with internal teams (programmes, operations, finance) and external stakeholders to ensure donors’ requirements are met.Job SpecificationsQualifications:Essential: Postgraduate degree in any discipline. Desirable: MBA with specialization in institutional marketing.Experience:10+ years of experience in corporate and institutional fundraising, with a proven track record of securing at least ₹10 Crores annually.Functional Competencies:Knowledge of the Indian corporate sector and CSR landscape. Experience with CRM implementation and donor management systems. Ability to write compelling proposals and fundraising documents. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in leveraging technology for online fundraising and digital campaigns.Behavioural Competencies:Creativity and innovative problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management.
