Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience, preferably from the manufacturing or construction industries. The successful candidate will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Coordination: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of training programs and workshops.
Logistics Management: Handle logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, materials preparation, and participant communication.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
Support: Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team, including preparing reports and tracking training metrics.
Communication: Liaise with trainers, participants, and department heads to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Evaluation: Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to identify areas for improvement.
Resource Management: Manage training resources and materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and available.
Education: Graduate or Master’s degree in Human Resources or management.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industries.
