  • You will be part of the core Business Finance & FP&A team - working very closely with business & finance to deliver the P&L.
  • Develop a clear understanding of key business drivers, analyze key financial metrics, provide value add analysis, and support to sales / finance management.
  • Partner with finance / business management teams, identify and track appropriate performance measures, key performance indicators and associated drivers.
  • Influence and drive business decisions / action with appropriate analysis and comments.
  • Coordinating strategic projects, working alongside members of Finance and other Operations teams, tracking progress and identifying risks, with overall responsibility for timely delivery
  • Collect operational data, monitor variances, identify trends & publish dashboards at regular intervals as per business requirements.
  • Work closely on short term and long term financial plans, annual operating plans & building scenarios.
  • Participate in revenue forecast calls and highlight risk /opportunities with appropriate analysis.
  • Handle complex ad hoc requests with a short turnaround time and supplement such requests with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making.
  • Prepare business review & long term financial presentations
  • Also work on cost optimization projects


Requirements:


  • CA/MBA : 1-3 Years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrate strong Communication / Presentation Skills and ability to work with peers and counterparts
  • The candidate should be proactive, self-starter, strong Team Leader - Role would require interaction with Cross functional teams.
  • Strong problem solving ability - The candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking, strong analytical skills and process orientation
  • Knowledge of advanced MS Excel/MS Access including macros/VBA & other financial tools
  • SQL knowledge for extracting data through power BI and other data servers will be an added advantage
  • Skills to manage the work stream across segments and to operate in a matrix organization.
