**Job Title:** Business Development Manager

**About the Role:** DMI Finance is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to cultivate and enhance existing customer relationships within the Emerging Business vertical.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Key account management and new customer acquisition in the existing/emerging market categories and conversion of leads.
  • Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Build and manage existing business pipeline and generate Cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Experience in FinTech / KYC / Technology organizations.
  • Experience in a startup ecosystem or a product/Technology driven organization
  • Strong understanding of the payments landscape, with direct experience in product-focused sales being a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Excellent command over English in both verbal and comprehension skills.
