**Job Title:** Business Development Manager
**About the Role:** DMI Finance is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to cultivate and enhance existing customer relationships within the Emerging Business vertical.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Key account management and new customer acquisition in the existing/emerging market categories and conversion of leads.
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Customer relationship management.
- Build and manage existing business pipeline and generate Cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Experience in FinTech / KYC / Technology organizations.
- Experience in a startup ecosystem or a product/Technology driven organization
- Strong understanding of the payments landscape, with direct experience in product-focused sales being a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Basic SQL knowledge.
- Excellent command over English in both verbal and comprehension skills.
