The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media for IT or SaaS clients, driving measurable results, and scaling brand presence through strategic content and paid campaigns.Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.- Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and others.- Monitor performance using defined Social Media KPIs; analyze metrics and present actionable insights.- Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).- Utilize tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hoot suite, Sprout Social, etc., for scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting.- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.- Continuously track social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to enhance strategy.- Manage client communication, especially for IT/SaaS accounts, ensuring timely updates and performance improvements.- Identify areas of optimization and implement improvements in real time.Required Skills & Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in social media strategy and management.- Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and reporting.- Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns on Meta.- Expertise in platforms and tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hoot suite, Sprout Social.- Prior experience working with IT or SaaS clients is highly preferred.- Exceptional communication, analytical, and project-management skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
