Senior Content Strategist

About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Content Strategist to lead multi-channel content programs for agency clients. You will translate commercial goals into measurable content plans, own audience-first messaging frameworks, and partner across SEO, paid media, design and client services to deliver ROI-driven campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and own content strategies and messaging frameworks for multi-channel campaigns (web, blog, social, email, paid) aligned to client KPIs.
  • Deliver actionable content plans: audience segmentation, editorial calendars, briefs, channel roadmaps and governance documents.
  • Collaborate with SEO, paid media, UX and creative teams to integrate content into acquisition and retention funnels.
  • Run content audits and gap analyses to prioritise opportunities for organic growth and conversion lift.
  • Use analytics (GA4, Search Console, content performance tools) to set targets, measure impact and iterate on content investments.
  • Mentor and review work of junior content creators, establish editorial standards and streamline content operations.
