Senior Content Strategist

The Senior Content Strategist will lead the creation and execution of strategic content initiatives that strengthen brand communication and support marketing objectives. The role involves designing content frameworks, defining tone of voice, and ensuring consistency across all channels. You will craft high-quality IT/SaaS-focused content while collaborating closely with SEO, design, and social media teams to deliver impactful messaging. The strategist will manage content performance, optimize for search intent, and align messaging with buyer journeys and business goals. Candidates must be comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on writing as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build content strategies, guidelines, and editorial calendars
  • Write blogs, web content, case studies, whitepapers, emailers, and more
  • Apply SEO practices and track content performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive brand messaging
  • Mentor junior writers and ensure quality standards are met

Experience Required (Rewritten)

  • 7+ years
    in content strategy and writing for digital/B2B brands
  • Strong experience creating content frameworks and brand guidelines
  • Proven ability to write diverse long- and short-form content
  • Solid understanding of SEO, keyword planning, and analytics
  • Background in
    IT or SaaS content
    is essential
  • Experience collaborating with SEO, design, and social teams
  • Ability to guide or mentor content writers when needed
