Job Description Job Title: Social Media Strategist – Senior II Location: Udaipur, India Type: Full-Time | Senior Level Experience: 7–10 Years Salary Range: 14-15 LPA Key Responsibilities Lead strategic social media initiatives across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and emerging channels). Mentor and manage junior and mid-level team members, fostering growth and performance. Plan and execute campaign calendars, brand launches, and high-impact digital activations. Collaborate with content, design, and performance marketing teams for integrated campaigns. Drive influencer partnerships, user-generated content initiatives, and brand storytelling strategies. Oversee brand response management, crisis communication, and tone-of-voice alignment. Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Stay ahead of social media trends, formats, and cross-platform innovations to maximize engagement. Requirements 7 to 10 years of experience in social media management and strategy. Proven ability to drive long-term, multi-platform strategies aligned with business goals. Strong analytical skills in evaluating content performance, audience behavior, and competition. Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Skilled in adapting tone and messaging to suit different brand voices. Experience in blending organic and paid strategies for impact-driven campaigns. Excellent communication skills with expertise in thought leadership and solution-oriented approaches.
