Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community & Engagement Manager to lead our community-building initiatives and drive user engagement. This role is pivotal in enhancing user experiences, fostering partnerships, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic community engagement and content development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Community Engagement & Motivation:
  • Develop and share motivational content to encourage members to log their diets and workouts.
  • Promote the utilization of AI-generated workout and diet plans, ensuring members derive maximum benefit.
  1. Content & Program Development:
  • Design and introduce new diet plans and workout routines, including yoga sessions, accessible through the app.
  • Organize and promote weekend events and workshops (both online and offline) in collaboration with partners.
  1. Partnership Development:
  • Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with trainers and coaches to conduct events and workshops.
  • Facilitate connections between members seeking fitness coaches and our partner network.
  1. Revenue Generation & Conversion:
  • Drive the adoption of AI-powered workout and diet plans.
  • Implement strategies to convert free members into paid subscribers.
  • Demonstrate the platform's value to partners, encouraging them to become paid members.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in community engagement, content creation, or partnership development within the fitness, wellness, or health tech industries. Experience with competitors or in similar roles is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in content creation and community management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • A passion for health, fitness, and community building.

Salary: The average salary for a Community Engagement Manager in India ranges between ₹4.5 Lakhs to ₹ 6 Lakhs, depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience is require
