Key Responsibilities:
1. Workday Learning Management:
o Create and manage Workday courses.
o Oversee participant enrollments, attendance, and course completion statuses.
o Develop and maintain Workday Learning Campaigns and Topics.
2. Reporting and Feedback:
o Share course-related reports and insights as requested.
o Assist with 360 feedback processes using the Culture Amp tool.
o Manage and distribute monthly reports
3. Survey Creation and Analysis:
o Design surveys using Workday, Qualtrics, and Culture Amp as needed.
o Compile survey results to provide actionable insights for talent development programs.
4. Communication and Support:
o Manage the Talent Development mailbox and respond to learning-related queries.
o Handle inquiries related to all talent development initiatives.
o Send email communications, calendar invites, and updates to participants and their line managers.
5. Platform and Resource Management:
o Administer participant enrollment and access to the Franklin Covey Portal.
o Manage

Learning access for up to 400 users and provide usage reports.
6. Mentorship Program Support:
o Assist Program Managers in managing mentorship programs
o Track and ensure the start and completion of mentorship initiatives.
7. Procurement and Documentation:
o Raise and manage purchase orders (PO).
o Maintain records of PO details and signed contracts in Box.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
 Proficiency with learning management systems, particularly Workday Learning.
 Experience using tools like Qualtrics, Culture Amp, and

Learning.
 Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Familiarity with tracking and reporting tools for learning and development initiatives.
 Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
