About UsAt Safety Zest, we are on a mission to build safer workplaces and sustainable environments.We provide Safety Audits, EHS Training, Fire & Electrical Safety Consulting, and Compliance Support to organizations across industries.Our vision is simple — to make safety a culture, not just a compliance.Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening business relationships.This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales, safety solutions, and sustainability.Key Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities across industries for EHS consulting and audit services. - Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, safety heads, and decision-makers. - Present Safety Zest’s services and solutions through client meetings, calls, and presentations. - Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations. - Track leads, manage follow-ups, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Represent Safety Zest at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business, Engineering, or Environmental Science). - 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Passion for EHS, sustainability, and workplace safety is a plus.What We Offer- Competitive salary + performance incentives. - Exposure to leading clients across industries. - Training and professional development in EHS domain. - Dynamic, growth-oriented work culture.Salary: 3L to 3.6L + Performance IncentiveNote: Please apply only if you have the above experience & interested to work 6 days a week.
