About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, managing budgets, and supporting senior leadership with insightful financial guidance.
- This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Analyze financial performance against budget and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and financial decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Mentor and lead a team of finance professionals.
- Support strategic projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital investments.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
- Provide financial training and guidance to non-finance managers.
