Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring the smooth operations of network :

- Network Maintenance: Perform routine checks, maintenance, and upgrades of network systems to ensure optimal performance.

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.

- Security: Implement and maintain network security measures to safeguard against unauthorized access and potential threats.

- Monitoring: Monitor network performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

- Documentation: Create and update documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to implement network solutions and address connectivity issues.

- Capacity Planning: Conduct capacity planning to ensure network resources meet current and future business requirements.

- Incident Response: Respond to network-related incidents, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to the development of incident response plans.

- Upgrades: Coordinate and execute network equipment upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

- Training: Provide training and support to other team members on network-related :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

- Overall 5+ years of experience.

- Proven experience as a Network Support Engineer or similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, routing, VoIP, and switching.

- Familiarity with network security practices and technologies.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.

- Hybrid work module.

- Will require after-hours or weekend support.
