Job Title: Network Engineer – Japanese Language ExpertLocation: Bengaluru, IndiaExperience: 3 to 6 YearsJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer with strong proficiency in the Japanese language (both written and verbal) to join our team in Bengaluru . The ideal candidate will have a solid background in network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and operations support, along with the ability to collaborate with Japanese-speaking clients or stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, firewalls, routers, switches).Collaborate with Japanese-speaking clients or partners to gather requirements, provide support, and deliver technical solutions.Handle escalations and provide Level 2/3 support for network-related incidents.Prepare and maintain documentation in both English and Japanese.Coordinate with global teams to ensure timely issue resolution and project execution.Perform regular network performance analysis and implement necessary improvements.Support configuration, deployment, and maintenance of network hardware and software.Participate in on-call rotation for network support and scheduled maintenance activities.Requirements:3 to 6 years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer.Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.).Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or other enterprise-grade network equipment.Proficiency in Japanese language – minimum JLPT N2 certification (N1 preferred).Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese.Experience working with Japanese clients or in a Japanese work environment is a plus.Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP are advantageous.Preferred Skills:Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios).Familiarity with ITIL framework.Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Shell) is a plus.Experience in a multinational or culturally diverse environment.
