U.S. CPA – Senior Accounting

About the RoleInfinite Labs Digital is seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with U.S. certification to join our growing team. As a mid-level CPA, you will play a critical role in expanding our accounting and tax services offerings to our diverse client base while managing the financial operations of Infinite Labs Digital.This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic, forward-thinking team in the e-commerce and supplement industry space. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting and tax services to our expanding portfolio of clients.Primary ResponsibilitiesTax Return Preparation & Filing: Prepare, review, and file U.S. federal and state tax returns for individual and business clients with accuracy and complianceAccounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, manage chart of accounts, reconcile accounts, and ensure proper documentation for all transactionsFinancial Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses; provide insights and recommendations based on financial dataCompliance & Audit Support: Ensure all clients and Infinite Labs Digital meet regulatory requirements; prepare audit-ready documentation and support external audits when neededClient Service Management: Manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, provide financial guidance, and ensure timely delivery of accounting servicesCollaboration: Work closely with the CEO and team members to streamline processes, implement best practices, and scale accounting services across our client baseRequired QualificationsU.S. CPA Certification: Must hold an active, valid CPA license issued by a U.S. state (mandatory)Experience Level: 5+ years of mid-level accounting or tax preparation experienceIndustry Experience: Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, digital businesses, or related fast-paced environments preferredSoftware Proficiency: Expert-level experience with QuickBooks (mandatory requirement)Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting toolsCompliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state tax regulations, financial compliance standards, and audit proceduresCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex financial information clearly to clients and team membersPreferred QualificationsExperience with multi-entity accounting and consolidated financial statementsFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms and subscription-based business modelsKnowledge of international tax considerations or cross-border transactionsExperience working in a remote or distributed team environmentBackground in supplement, nutrition, or consumer goods industriesWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with a growing, innovative company in the supplement and e-commerce sectorDirect relationship and collaboration with executive leadershipRemote work arrangement with flexibilityExposure to diverse clients and business modelsProfessional growth and development in a scaling organizationHow to ApplyIf you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your application through or contact us directly.
