**Job Description: Account Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Recording and Reporting**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.

**Accounts Payable and Receivable**:Process invoices, verify expenses, and manage accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and collaborate with clients to resolve any payment discrepancies.

**Financial Analysis**:Assist in analyzing financial data to provide insights into company performance and identify trends.
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable input to support informed decision-making.

**Reconciliation and Auditing**:Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.

**Compliance and Regulations**:Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
Assist in preparing tax documents and supporting documentation for regulatory filings.

**Communication and Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure seamless coordination.
Communicate financial information effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
- Proven experience (X years) as an Account Executive or in a similar finance and accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 2 years (preferred)

- Tally (preferred)
