Technical Sales & Service Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Technical Sales & Service Executive who will play a key role in building

customer relationships and providing technical support related to our Web Offset Ink

products. This position offers a hybrid work model – work from home combined with

regular visits to Gondia and client sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

 Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.

 Provide technical support for ink application and printing press issues (on-site &

remote).

 Conduct ink trials and assist clients with troubleshooting and optimization.

 Coordinate with the manufacturing and R&D teams to fulfill client requirements.

 Maintain documentation of trials, service reports, and customer feedback.

 Travel as required for customer visits, press trials, and on-site problem-solving.

 Support client onboarding and post-sales relationship management.

 Represent KD Ink in trade shows, seminars, and client meetings.

Requirements:

 Degree/Diploma in Printing Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.

 2+ years of experience in technical sales or printing ink service (Web Offset preferred).

 Solid understanding of offset printing and ink performance.

 Good communication and relationship management skills.

 Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup.

 Must be based in or able to travel to Gondia and surrounding areas regularly.

 Familiarity with digital reporting tools is a plus.
